Processing Time

Hang tight and let us do our thing! It'll take us around 3-5 business days to process your order, but trust us, it'll be worth the wait!

Shipping

Give us a few days to work our magic and get your order ready for shipping! In the US, it should arrive within 3-5 business days after we've processed it. For our international friends, hang tight for up to 14 business days for your package to travel across oceans and lands!

Returns & Refunds

At Celestial Candle Works, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

To start a return, you can contact us at info@celestialcandleworks.com.

Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made candles, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that this return and refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through Celestial Candle Works. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their return and refund policy.
